The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team focused on delivering business-critical services and digital capabilities. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes that support our applications and platforms. You will work closely with development, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to implement modern DevOps practices, improve operational efficiency, and enhance platform reliability. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale systems, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing opportunities to influence the future direction of our technology landscape
Skills Required
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
- Experience automating operational processes using scripting and automation technologies.
- Understanding of security best practices, access controls, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and manage infrastructure solutions to host applications, process data, perform analytics, and deliver enterprise services.
- Design, develop, and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to optimize software delivery and improve deployment quality and consistency.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and logging to maintain visibility into system health, availability, and performance.
- Automate operational and administrative tasks to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and increase reliability.
- Collaborate with development, operations, product, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are successfully delivered.
- Provide support for software releases, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance activities as required.
- Ensure that platforms and services meet organizational security standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Research and put into practice best practices for access management, data protection, and system security.
- Assess the performance of the system, locate bottlenecks, and apply optimization methods to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in production issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis, leading to long-term corrective actions and continuous improvement
