In this Job Your role to provide security remote field services engineering and provide professional remote technical support to NTT Data clients around the world. You will be resolve issues and errors and technical security incidents and problems resolve these all very fast
Your main aim is to gives services to clients and drive incident effective resolution and make users comfortable that their service conditions are met without any forgotten conditions. This job is best for the candidates who want to learn and grow in cybersecurity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You should know about Firewall, IPS, IDS and proxy in networking
- And also understanding of microsoft and Cisco technologies
- You should have knowledge in management agent concepts
- Having understanding in remote console architecture
- If you also learn technologies like ARO, audio codes, sonus or PeterConnect, they will also help you to grow in this role
- You should also give responses and support to clients
- You should have skills in the management of errors troubleshooting security incidents
- understanding of ticketing tools and management software tools
- Having ability to understand service level agreements and support procedures
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills work with differents teams and culture groups
- You should have ability to plan and understand projects
- Ability to work in pressure situations
- You should do hard work if is there any extra work
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- You should complete your bachelor’s degree.
- Experience If you’re entry level or experienced, it’s fine because it is L1 position
- Position you have understanding skills liks IPS, IDS, proxy required
- You should complete any associate certificate like CCNA or JNCIA, preferred
- Must work from Mumbai NTT Data office
