JOB DESCRIPTION
CertifyOS is looking for skilled and interested IT help desk Operations team. You can work from anywhere India, in the comfort of your home
In this job your role is L1 frontline support for all CertifyOS organisations. Mainly Your role to maintain communication and gather information for all incoming IT support. From more than 300 employes in the CertifyOS company, your main aim is to make sure every IT issue is resolved and solve all problem very fast so that all employees in company can do there work any interruption

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You should resolve all technical issues
- Maintain an ability to handle password reset requirement for employees across the organisation
- You should resolve VPN access connectivity issues from remote workers
- troubleshoot all email-related problems for employees
- You should perform basic hardware troubleshooting
- You should handle all IT support tickets within agreed time
- Resolve all technical issues; should be complete within given time
- You should Assist in physical inventory management
- Ability to set up and deploy new laptops and monitors for employees
- Maintain all hardware records for assets across the organization
- you should support hardware deployment for new employee join time
- Maintain inventory records daily
- maintain and create helpful FAQ documents for common ITT problems
- write solutions for errors for employees to make them self-resolving problems
- Write all documents very simple to understand

- You should think quickly and give solution if there is any pressure also
- You should have the ability to understand and learn yourself using online platforms
