Description of the job
She is seeking IBM consultancy fees and experienced application developers specialising in enterprise applications to join the client innovation centre in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role with generic shift timing and requires up to 20% travel (approx 1 day per week).
Degradation of enterprise applications is one of the most specialised and critical areas of modern software engineering. As businesses grow, they will have multiple software systems and they need expert integration developers who can get different applications, databases and systems to connect with one another so they can communicate and share data seamlessly. You will be working in one of IBM’s prestigious consulting client innovation centres, also known as delivery centres, where IBM brings its technical and industry expertise to a variety of public and private sector clients around the world. You will collaborate with top companies across a variety of industries and influence that hybrid cloud and agent via a robust integration solution.
The Role is for a mid-level developer who has strong and hands-on experience with ESB tools at Integration Technology and want to take their career to next level at one of world’s most respected technology companies and requires 3 to 7 years of experience in Enterprises application integration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integration design & implementation
Design and development of enterprise integration solutions using ESB tools and technology.
— Worked on IBM IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco and Mule platforms.
— develop message flows with different ESB tools and integration technology.
–Develop robust and scalable integration solutions that connect enterprises’ applications
Design integration architecture for hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
Skill Required:
ESB tools should have at least one
iBM IIB — iBM integration but hoped
Software AG WebMethods Integration Platform
IBM WebSphere Data Power Gateways
Tibco BusinessWorks integration platform
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Database skills must have:
- Hands and experience with at least one relational database
- IBM DB2 and Oracle database experience preferred
- Writing and organization skills
- Understanding of database and data modelling basics
Software development skills:
- Proficiency in the Intel software development life cycle.
- Problem analysis and requirements and also experience.
- High-level and low-level design documentation skills.
- Development testing and documentation best practice.
- Production support experience for enterprise applications.
Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills for client interaction across global teams.

- Rest and JSON integration expertise beyond basic knowledge.
- Database administration Skills including data modelling and query optimisation.
- Experiences with IBM cloud or hybrid cloud integration patterns.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and container technology like Docker.
- Understanding AI and machine learning integration patterns.
- Experience with event-driven architecture message queuing systems like Kafka.
- IBM certification in integration are cloud technologies.
Eligibility criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree mandatory — master degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in enterprise application integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one ESB tool like IBM IIB or Mulesoft.
- Deep knowledge of web services, SOAP, HTTP, SSL and TLS required.
- Experience with IBM Db2 or Oracle relational databases.
- Willing to travel up to 20% — approximately one day per week.
- Strong English communication skills for global client interaction.
