Job Description
Veradigm is looking for a motivated person. and technically strong associate support consultant to join their client support team in Pune. This is a hybrid position, which means you will work from the Pune office on some days and from home on other days, giving you excellent work-life balance.
In this role you will be the primary point of contact for Veradigm clients who need help with their healthcare software applications. you will diagnose and resolve client application question and problems through telephone and internet support, covering areas like product functionality, system configuration and software bugs

Key Responsibilities
Client Support and Problem Resolution:
interact professionally with clients, stakeholders and all levels of support staff and engineers
Diagnose and resolve issues with clients, stakeholders and all levels of support staff and engineers
Diagnose and resolve client application questions and problems over the telephone and internet.
Handle issues in areas of product functionality, system configuration and software bugs.

Reproduce client issues in test environment to identify root cause accurately
provide data and analysis to appropriate technical resources for complex issue resolution
REQUIRED SKILLS
TECHNICAL SKILLS MUST HAVE:
Application support experience for enterprise software products
windows Server support experience and troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to diagnose and resolve software application issues systematically
Understanding of system configuration and setup processes
Basic knowledge of healthcare software solutions is an advantage
Ability to reproduce client issues and identify root causes effectively
COMMUNICATION SKILLS MUST HAVE:
Excellent written communication skills for case documentation and client emails
strong verbal communication skills for telephone and video support interaction
Professional and patient approach when dealing with clients facing technical issues
Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple language to non-technical users
Excellent time of management skills to have handle multiple cases simultaneously. Is there a skill?
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
Ability to analyze complex issues independently without constant supervision
Strong problem-solving is having approach to resolve ambiguous technical situations
Logical and systematic troubleshooting methodology
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA deadlines consistently
Proactive approach to identifying and preventing recurring client issues
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer Science , Information Technology or related technical field
Experience: Entry level to early career — freshers with strong technical skills considered
Application and windows server support experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
Should e comfortable working in hybrid mode from Pune office
Must be willing to participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations.
