Required Skills
- Having good knowledge of routing and switching and knowing routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Hands-on experience on Meraki switches and wireless.
- SDWAN & wireless knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Palo-Alto Firewall knowledge would be an added advantage.
- JNCIA certified.
- Having good troubleshooting skills on Juniper & Meraki network devices.
- Experience in Tier-1 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalation, root-cause analysis (RCA) and SLAs
- Should be able to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- CAB Meeting handling with offshore, onshore & change management team for implementing changes on production & change approvals per ITIL procedures.
- Familiarity with ITSM & SNOW (Service Now) ticketing tools.
- Ready to work 24*7 shifts
