We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AWS Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our Cloud Engineering team. The candidate will support cloud infrastructure operations, application deployments, monitoring, and basic automation activities on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in cloud technologies while working with experienced cloud professionals

Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications on AWS.
- Support cloud infrastructure management using AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability and escalate issues as required.
- Participate in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and application-related issues.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Assist in implementing security best practices and access management using IAM.
- Contribute to automation and scripting tasks using basic Python, Shell scripting, or AWS tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and operational excellence.
- Stay updated with emerging AWS services and cloud technologies.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch).
- Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting concepts.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skill sets
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Terraform is an advantage.
- Internship or academic project experience in cloud technologies is preferred
