Delttion is offering job for people who are interested in finance service desk team in Hyderabad. You will help for business in multiple countries with the Deloitte finance service desk team
This is not a regular call centre job; the FSD team is different from other support team because of its strong work culture that supports employees to send perfect and good services and take actions. You will work and support employees from the Americas and APAC regions; it gives you the opportunity to work with different people and seniors to work with global teams
In this Job you will answer calls and chats, emails and other support requirements from you to solve the global employees’ team members’ requirements in deloitte for their business with speed and consistency. This is the greatest opportunity for freshers and 2-year experience candidates to work with deloitte in all over the world.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Customer Support:
- You will answer all calls, emails, chats and voicemails with all global employees in deloitte and solve there issues
- Suggest direct resolution of problems or escalate to appropriate team when needed

- To get strong collaboration with users through deep understanding of there problems and make resolutions
WROK FLEXIBILITY
- You will work in different shifts as of team requirments in 24/7 a week

REQUIRED SKILLS
